All units have stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher
All bedrooms and dining rooms have ceiling fans
Master bedroom has two closets

Lawncare and snow removal is included
We are pet friendly!
Standard Security deposit = 1 months rent plus $50.00
Animal deposit = $250.00
Application fee = $25.00/adult
We do not accept housing assistance

Approval Requirements:
Monthly income needs to be 3x rent
All adults must apply / fill out their own application
Ability to pass a background check. Credit score of 600 or higher. additional security deposit and/or co-signer may be required, should credit score not be sufficient.
