• Must provide 3 years (36 months) of residential history with landlord contact info.

TO QUALIFY FOR ‘CONDITIONAL APPROVAL’:
Is considered on case-by-case basis with income, credit and criminal background all taken into consideration. No evictions within 5 years, No Chap 7 bankruptcy within 6 months and no chapter 13 within 6 years. ‘Conditional Approval’ would come with approved co-signer, additional deposit, modified lease term or a combination of some/all. All based on individual situations.
